Hanger Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
This hanger steak is marinated in a flavorful mixture and served with a zesty chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Parsley - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Hanger steak - 1 1/2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the hanger steak to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
