- Fresh raw oysters - 6 pieces
- Fresh raw clams - 6 pieces
- Fresh raw fish fillets (such as flounder or sea bass) - 6 pieces
- Fresh raw scallops - 6 pieces
- Fresh raw squid - 1 small squid
- Fresh raw shrimp - 6 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Prepare the seafood by cleaning and removing any shells or innards. Slice the squid into thin rings.
- Arrange the seafood on a serving platter.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by combining soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, sesame seeds, and chopped scallions in a small bowl. Mix well.
