Äggakaka
Äggakaka is a traditional Swedish dish made with eggs, flour, milk, and bacon. It is similar to a pancake or omelette and is often served with lingonberry jam.

- Lingonberry jam - For serving
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Bacon - 4 slices, chopped
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, and salt until well combined.
- In a frying pan, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the äggakaka using a large spatula and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
- Transfer the äggakaka to a serving plate and sprinkle the cooked bacon on top.
- Serve hot with lingonberry jam on the side.
