  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a frying pan, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the äggakaka using a large spatula and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
  7. Transfer the äggakaka to a serving plate and sprinkle the cooked bacon on top.
  8. Serve hot with lingonberry jam on the side.
