Yellow Croaker Noodle Soup
A traditional Chinese soup featuring tender yellow croaker fish and hearty noodles.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Water - 6 cups
- Salt - To taste
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Ginger - 1 piece, sliced
- Noodles - 200 grams
- Yellow croaker fish - 2 whole
Let's Get Started
- Clean the yellow croaker fish and set aside.
- In a pot, add water, ginger, and green onions. Bring to a boil.
- Add the yellow croaker fish to the pot. Cook for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the fish from the pot. Remove the bones and skin, then return the fish meat to the pot.
- Add the noodles to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
- Season the soup with soy sauce and salt. Stir well.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
