Soy Braised Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Soy sauce - 1 cup
- Beef short ribs - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, combine the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the short ribs to the pot and turn to coat in the sauce.
- Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the ribs from the pot and set aside.
