Slow Braised Honey and Soy Beef Ribs
These slow-braised beef ribs are tender, flavorful, and coated in a sweet and savory honey soy glaze.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, sliced for garnish
- Water - 1 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 1/2 cup
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Beef ribs - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Season the beef ribs with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ribs and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
