Slow Braised Honey and Soy Beef Ribs

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the beef ribs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ribs and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the ribs from the pot and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the honey, soy sauce, and water to the pot and bring to a simmer.
  6. Return the ribs to the pot, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  7. Serve the ribs with the sauce and garnish with sliced green onions.
