Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Boil the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork belly and cook until browned.
  4. Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir fry until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Stir fry for a few minutes until the noodles are heated through.
  6. Pour the yakisoba sauce over the noodles. Stir well to combine.
  7. Season with white pepper and add the chopped green onions.
  8. Serve the yakisoba hot, garnished with pickled red ginger.
