- Green onions - 2, chopped

- Onion - 1, thinly sliced

- Cooked rice - 4 cups
- Korean blood sausage (soondae) - 1 pound

- Slice the soondae into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
