Let's Get Started

  1. Combine the grated radish and water in a large bowl. Add the rice flour and stir until well combined.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the Chinese sausage, dried shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms. Cook until the sausage is browned.
  3. Add the radish mixture to the pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan. Steam for 1 hour, or until the radish cake is set.
  5. Let the radish cake cool completely, then cut into slices.
  6. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan-fry the radish cake slices until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
