  1. Divide the cooked rice into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a triangle or round shape.
  2. Brush the rice balls with soy sauce on all sides.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Place the rice balls in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the rice balls are cooking, cut the nori sheets into thin strips.
  6. Remove the rice balls from the pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Wrap each rice ball with a strip of nori.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
