Let's Get Started

  1. Rinse the dried anchovies and pat dry.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the anchovies and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice syrup or honey, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour the sauce over the anchovies and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the anchovies are well coated.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
