Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the sweet potato starch noodles in hot water for 20 minutes, then drain and cut into shorter lengths.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and mushrooms and stir fry until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink.
  6. Add the noodles and the soy sauce mixture and stir fry until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
  7. Add the spinach and stir until well mixed.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
