Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Beef - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Spinach - 1 bunch, blanched and squeezed dry
- Mushrooms - 200 grams, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1, julienned
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Sweet potato starch noodles - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Soak the sweet potato starch noodles in hot water for 20 minutes, then drain and cut into shorter lengths.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and mushrooms and stir fry until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the beef and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the noodles and the soy sauce mixture and stir fry until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
- Add the spinach and stir until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
