  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, egg, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the sliced vegetables to the batter and stir until they are well coated.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour the vegetable and batter mixture into the skillet, spreading it out into a large pancake.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the pancake and cook for another 5 minutes, until the other side is golden brown.
  6. Remove the pancake from the skillet and cut it into wedges.
  7. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
