Let's Get Started

  1. Peel the potatoes and onion and grate them using a grater or a food processor.
  2. Place the grated potatoes and onion in a bowl, add the salt, and mix well.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop a spoonful of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten it with the back of the spoon.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 5 minutes.
  6. Repeat with the remaining potato mixture.
  7. Serve the pancakes hot with soy sauce for dipping.
