  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading the scallions evenly.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 5 minutes, until the other side is golden brown.
  7. Remove the pancake from the skillet and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
