Xiaolongbao, also known as soup dumplings, are a delicious Chinese delicacy filled with pork and a savory broth.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cabbage leaves - For steaming
- Dumpling wrappers - 20 pieces
- Ginger - 1 piece, minced
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Gelatin - 10 grams
- Pork - 200 grams, minced
Let's Get Started
- Mix the minced pork, soy sauce, sugar, and minced ginger in a bowl.

- Serve the dumplings hot, being careful of the hot soup inside.
