Pan Fried Jiaozi

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the dumplings in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the water to the skillet, cover, and steam the dumplings until the water has evaporated and the dumplings are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the dumplings hot with soy sauce for dipping.
