Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the chicken broth and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the broth in the microwave until the gelatin is dissolved, then refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and ginger.
  4. Cut the gelatinized broth into small cubes and mix into the pork.
  5. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  6. Fold the edges of the wrapper over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the dumplings in a steamer basket and steam over boiling water for 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
