Let's Get Started

  1. Mix the pork, gelatin, chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the mixture solidifies.
  2. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the edges of the wrapper over the filling and pinch to seal.
  3. Place the dumplings on cabbage leaves in a steamer basket.
  4. Steam the dumplings over boiling water for about 10 minutes, until the filling is cooked through.
  5. Serve the dumplings hot, with vinegar for dipping.
