Wild Salmon with Charred Onion Petals

- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onions - 2 large, cut into petals
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Wild salmon fillets - 4 (6 ounce)

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the salmon is cooking, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in another skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion petals and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are charred and tender.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, or until fragrant.
