White Truffle Tagliatelle

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with the white truffle oil.
  9. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley and white truffle shavings.
