- White truffle shavings - For garnish
- Fresh parsley - For garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- White truffle oil - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh tagliatelle - 400 grams
Let's Get Started
- Cook the tagliatelle in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water.

- Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley and white truffle shavings.
