Skrei Med Potetmos
Skrei med Potetmos is a traditional Norwegian dish featuring fresh cod served with creamy mashed potatoes.

- Fresh parsley - A handful, chopped
- Lemon - 1, for garnish
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 50 grams
- Potatoes - 8 medium-sized
- Skrei cod fillets - 4
Let's Get Started
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal-sized pieces. Boil in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter and milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the skrei fillets with salt and pepper and fry them for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Serve the skrei on a bed of mashed potatoes, garnished with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
