- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Wasabi paste - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ahi tuna - 8 ounces, sushi-grade, cubed
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and wasabi paste to make the marinade.
- Add the cubed ahi tuna to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
