Let's Get Started

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in the teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until no longer pink in the middle, about 7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the pan with the vegetables.
  7. Serve the chicken and vegetables over the cooked rice.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
