Walnut Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a food processor, blend the walnuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, parsley, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the walnut sauce over medium heat.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  6. If needed, add some of the reserved pasta cooking water to thin out the sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the pasta is heated through.
  8. Serve the walnut sauce pasta hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
