Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chopped garlic and green chillies. Saute till the garlic turns golden.
  2. Add turmeric powder and mashed potatoes to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. Make small balls from the potato mixture and keep aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix gram flour, salt and water to make a thick batter.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  6. Dip the potato balls in the gram flour batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  7. Slice the Pav buns from the middle, spread green chutney on one side and garlic chutney on the other.
  8. Place the fried potato ball in the middle of the bun. Serve hot.
