Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies to the pan and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the minced mutton to the pan and cook on high heat for a few minutes.
  5. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to the pan and mix well.
  6. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes, or until the mutton is cooked thoroughly and the flavors are well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
