Vietnamese Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Wooden skewers - 8, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lemongrass - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
