- Wooden skewers - 4
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Gochujang (korean red chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Fish cake - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- Cut the fish cake into long, thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, gochujang, and sesame oil.
- Add the fish cake strips to the bowl and mix well to coat them in the sauce.
- Thread the fish cake strips onto the wooden skewers.
- Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, until the fish cake is golden and crispy.
- Serve the hot bars hot, with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
