  1. In a blender, combine the dried shrimp, onion, garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, coconut milk, peanuts, and bread. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat the dendê oil and palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, add the blended mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Return the cooked shrimp to the pot and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot with rice or acarajé.
