Dogpatch Duck Confit Sliders
These sliders are a delicious combination of tender duck confit, tangy pickles, and a spicy aioli, all served on a soft slider bun.

- Aioli - 1/2 cup
- Pickles - 8 slices
- Slider buns - 8
- Duck fat - Enough to cover the duck legs
- Thyme - 4 sprigs
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Pepper - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 2 tablespoons

Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 275°F.
- Season the duck legs with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Place the duck legs in a deep baking dish, along with the thyme sprigs.
- Melt the duck fat and pour it over the duck legs, making sure they are completely covered.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 4 hours, or until the duck is very tender.
- Once the duck is cooked, let it cool and then shred it with a fork.
- Spread aioli on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top with shredded duck, a slice of pickle, and then the top half of the bun.
