  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F.
  2. Season the duck legs with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the duck legs in a deep baking dish, along with the thyme sprigs.
  4. Melt the duck fat and pour it over the duck legs, making sure they are completely covered.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 4 hours, or until the duck is very tender.
  6. Once the duck is cooked, let it cool and then shred it with a fork.
  7. Spread aioli on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  8. Top with shredded duck, a slice of pickle, and then the top half of the bun.
