Sjøkreps Med Aioli

- Begin by preparing the aioli. In a food processor, combine the garlic, egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
- While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture thickens and emulsifies.
- Set the aioli aside.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the sjøkreps and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they turn bright red.
- Drain the sjøkreps and allow them to cool slightly.
- Serve the sjøkreps with the aioli on the side for dipping.
