Bokkeum Bap

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Eggs - 4
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Pork belly - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Kimchi - 1 cup, chopped
- Cooked rice - 4 cups
Let's Get Started
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until browned and crispy.
- Add the garlic and kimchi to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until the kimchi is softened.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine. Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil and continue to stir-fry until everything is well mixed.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
- Serve the fried rice topped with a fried egg, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
