Turkish Shish Kebabs
These Turkish shish kebabs are made with marinated chunks of tender meat and grilled to perfection.

- Skewers - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cherry tomatoes - 8
- Red onion - 1, cut into chunks
- Yellow bell pepper - 1, cut into chunks
- Red bell pepper - 1, cut into chunks
- Lamb or beef - 1.5 lbs, cut into 1-inch cubes

- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
