Chicken Tikka from Teresa
This classic Indian dish is made with marinated chicken pieces that are grilled to perfection.

- Skewers - 8
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Boneless chicken breasts - 1 pound, cut into bite-sized pieces

- In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
