Tempeh Kebabs with Yogurt Sauce

- Skewers - 8
- Vegetable oil - For grilling
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Plain yogurt - 1 cup
- Tempeh - 1 pound, cut into cubes
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
