- Teriyaki sauce - 1/2 cup
- Skewers - 8
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup

- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Ground chicken - 1 pound

- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, egg, panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
