Turkish Chicken Adana Kebabs

- Skewers - 4
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Ground chicken - 1 lb
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix well to combine.
