Tuna and Pea Casserole
This comforting tuna and pea casserole is made with creamy sauce, tender tuna, and sweet peas, topped with a crispy breadcrumb topping.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken broth - 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Frozen peas - 1 cup
- Canned tuna - 2 cans, drained
- Egg noodles - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
