Kremet Sopp Suppe

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - For garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cream - 1 cup
- Vegetable broth - 4 cups
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Mushrooms - 500 grams, sliced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic and cook until the mushrooms are soft and the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
- Slowly add the vegetable broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Let the soup cook for another 5 minutes, until it's heated through.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with parsley.
