Dampede Blåskjell

- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch, chopped

- White wine - 1 cup
- Blue mussels - 2 kg, cleaned
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and shallots, and cook until they are soft and fragrant.
- Add the white wine to the pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the mussels to the pot. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes, or until the mussels have opened.
- Discard any mussels that have not opened.
- Season with salt and pepper, and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve the mussels with the broth and bread on the side.
