Tofu Stir Fry with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the tofu to the pan and add the teriyaki sauce. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve the stir fry topped with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
