Pineapple Teriyaki Beef Ribs

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Place the ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the ribs to coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Reserve the marinade.
  5. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  6. In a small saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce is reduced by half.
  7. Brush the ribs with the reduced sauce and broil for 5 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  8. Serve the ribs with the remaining sauce on the side.
