Pineapple Teriyaki Beef Ribs
These beef ribs are marinated in a sweet and tangy pineapple teriyaki sauce, then slow-cooked until tender and flavorful.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Teriyaki sauce - 1/2 cup
- Pineapple juice - 1 cup
- Beef ribs - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Place the ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the ribs to coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Reserve the marinade.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- In a small saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce is reduced by half.
- Brush the ribs with the reduced sauce and broil for 5 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
- Serve the ribs with the remaining sauce on the side.
