Truffle Fries
Crispy homemade fries tossed in truffle oil and topped with fresh grated Parmesan and parsley.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, freshly grated
- Black truffle oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 4 large, cut into fries
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt, then spread out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the fries from the oven and while still hot, drizzle with truffle oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the fries with the freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately while still warm and enjoy.
