Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt, then spread out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove the fries from the oven and while still hot, drizzle with truffle oil and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the fries with the freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
  6. Serve immediately while still warm and enjoy.
