Spaghetti with Maine Lobster

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the lobsters in a large pot of boiling water until they are bright red, about 15 minutes. Remove the lobsters and let them cool.
  2. While the lobsters are cooling, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until the garlic is golden, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Crack the lobster shells and remove the meat. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and add it to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, until the lobster is heated through.
  6. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine the spaghetti with the sauce and lobster.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
