- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 2 cups
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Spaghetti - 1 pound
- Maine lobster - 2 whole
Let's Get Started
- Cook the lobsters in a large pot of boiling water until they are bright red, about 15 minutes. Remove the lobsters and let them cool.
- While the lobsters are cooling, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until the garlic is golden, about 1 minute.
- Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Crack the lobster shells and remove the meat. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and add it to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, until the lobster is heated through.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine the spaghetti with the sauce and lobster.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
