- Eggs - 2
- Spinach - 1 cup, cooked and drained
- Prosciutto - 1/2 cup, chopped

- Ricotta cheese - 1 cup
- Pie crust - 2 sheets
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Roll out one sheet of pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, prosciutto, spinach, eggs, salt, and pepper.
