  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions until it's al dente. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they're soft.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it's browned. Then add the peas and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, beef mixture, mozzarella, parmesan, and eggs. Mix well.
  6. Grease a round baking dish and coat it with breadcrumbs. Pour the rice mixture into the dish, pressing it down firmly.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
