- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Eggs - 2
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, diced
- Peas - 1 cup
- Ground beef - 1/2 pound
- Arborio rice - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rice according to package instructions until it's al dente. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they're soft.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it's browned. Then add the peas and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, beef mixture, mozzarella, parmesan, and eggs. Mix well.
- Grease a round baking dish and coat it with breadcrumbs. Pour the rice mixture into the dish, pressing it down firmly.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
