Ingredients - Serves 4
- Oil - For frying
- Bolillo rolls - 4
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Refried beans - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Beef or chicken cutlets - 4
Let's Get Started
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and place the bread crumbs in another bowl.
- Dip each cutlet in the egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry each cutlet until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Slice the bolillo rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on one side and refried beans on the other.
- Place a fried cutlet on the bottom half of each roll.
