Fried Pickle Burger

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
  2. Cook the patties on a grill or in a skillet to your desired level of doneness.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the fried pickles. Dredge the pickle slices in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F. Fry the pickles until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  5. To assemble the burgers, spread burger sauce on the bottom bun, then add the lettuce, tomato, burger patty, and fried pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
