Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Place the pork loin in a pot with the garlic and bay leaves. Cover with water and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
  2. Remove the pork from the pot and shred it. Set aside.
  3. For the sauce, blend the tomatoes, chilies, and half of the onion until smooth. Pour the sauce into a pot and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Slice the bread rolls in half and fill them with the shredded pork. Place the sandwiches in a deep dish.
  5. Pour the sauce over the sandwiches, making sure they are completely covered.
  6. Top with the remaining onion, shredded cabbage, radish slices, and a squeeze of lime.
